摘要
The construction of a modern value system for traditional culture is a systematic project rooted in the 5,000-year-old civilization and responding to the propositions of the times. Guided by the core logic of "upholding fundamental principles, promoting transformation, and fostering symbiosis", this paper constructs a comprehensive action framework from value extraction to ecological cultivation. Through the coordinated efforts of four dimensions—penetration of core values, transformation of practical logic, upgrading of communication dimensions, and construction of developmental foundation—it systematically addresses the three major dilemmas faced by traditional culture: "symbolic reproduction", "connotative separation", and "communicative loss of voice". The paper proposes operable implementation paths and practical strategies, aiming to creatively transform the ideological essence, aesthetic spirit, and ethical norms of traditional culture into core soft power and innovative driving forces for advancing the modernization of national governance, high-quality economic development, social harmony and progress, individual spiritual growth, and international cultural identity. Ultimately, it seeks to build a vibrant cultural ecosystem where the ancient and the modern blend and thrive.

Traditional culture is the spiritual lifeline and treasure trove of wisdom of the Chinese nation, carrying the collective memory and value pursuit of the nation. However, in the process of modern transformation, the realization of its value often encounters three structural dilemmas: first, the superficial dilemma of "symbolic reproduction", where cultural inheritance degenerates into formal imitation divorced from the contemporary context; second, the interpretive dilemma of "connotative separation", where a cognitive gap emerges between traditional wisdom and modern life; third, the communicative dilemma of "loss of voice in dialogue", where there is a lack of effective carriers for cross-cultural communication. Therefore, reconstructing the modern value system of traditional culture is by no means a simple restoration of ancient systems, but a profound "dialogue with modernity". With contemporary perspectives and practical needs as the coordinates, it strips away the feudal dregs attached to history and extracts timeless core values such as the holistic view of "harmony between humans and nature", the pluralistic view of "harmony in diversity", the governance view of "people as the foundation of the state", and the ethical view of "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and integrity". Through systematic transformation logic and innovative development practices, it promotes traditional culture to achieve three qualitative leaps: from historical relics to a "spiritual compass" guiding the times, from formal display to "dynamic empowerment" solving practical problems, and from cultural self-narration to a civilized narrative triggering "global resonance". This not only lays a solid humanistic foundation for Chinese-style modernization but also provides Chinese wisdom and solutions for addressing global challenges and enriching the common values of humanity.
